There are two restaurants on the premises:
Ici is a bistro-style eatery, whilst The Tasting Room is the award-winning fine-dining restaurant.
The Tasting Room offers a dégustation menu (traditionally a sampling of all the chef's signature dishes, but generally regarded as small 'tasting' portions) that are available as either a 5-course, or 8-course menu. Both are available either with, or without accompanying wines.
