BOOKING CONDITIONS

Included in the Bed and Breakfast rate:

• 15% VAT
• Breakfast each morning in the dining room from 08:00 - 10:00 (No Halaal or Kosher Catering)
• Use of the swimming pool
• Free parking at the guesthouse subject to availability
• Full use of the honesty bar in the lounge area (Paid bar)
• Snack Platters during the day and evening are bookable until 16:00 (Additional Cost)
• Reception will be open until 19:00 in the Summer and 18:00 in the Winter

House Rules

• Check-in is daily between 14:00 and 19:00 in summer and 14:00 - 18:00 in winter.
• Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00

Late check-outs will be charged as follows:
11:00 – 13:00 – 20% daily rate
11:00 – 15:00 – 50% of the daily rate
After 15:00 – A full night’s stay

• After 19:00 (Summer) and 18:00 (Winter), the Main House is closed, but the manager is on call.
• Security on the premises is with CCTV Cameras monitored 24/7
• No pets are allowed, and the guesthouse and bedrooms are non-smoking.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Rates may differ during high peak times like festivals and long weekends.
• Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.
• Les Chambres is an adults-only guesthouse, no children under 16 will be allowed at the guesthouse. All bookings with children younger than 16 with be cancelled unless confirmed and arranged with management.

Cancellation policy – If you booked a certain rate, please note the different cancellation policies associated with the rate.

21-Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)

1.       “No Shows” will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay

2.       Cancellations 0 – 21 days before arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay

3.       Cancellations 22 days or more before arrival may cancel the stay, all refunds will have a 5% handling and administration fee.

Non-Refundable (Rate Booked)

1.      “No Shows” or cancellations will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay
